外永磁转子爪极电机控制模型的建立与仿真研究

摘要 为了研究具有特殊结构的外永磁转子爪极电机的控制问题,在对该种电机的结构、特点以及运行机理进行分析的基础上,首先采用绕组等效处理的方法,建立了该种电机的微分方程数学模型;并利用拉斯变换分析法,得到了该种电机的传递函数数学模型;然后经推导得到了电机的控制系统数学模型,并对其进行了最大转矩控制方法的仿真研究;通过对电机输出电流和转速的仿真结果分析,验证了该特种电机的上述数学模型的正确性,也为该种新型电机的应用提供了参考。 In order to research the control methods a novel claw pole machine with outer permanent magnet rotor (CPMOPM) and special structure, on the basis of analyzing its structure, characteristics and operating mechanism, the math model of differential equation was built up by means of the method of equivalent pro cessing of winding; the transfer function model of electric machine was set up through analysis method of Laplace transform; and then the control system model of electric machine was derived by deduction, in the meantime, Simulation research of max output torque controlled was done; through simulation result analysis of output current and rotate speed of machine, math model of this kind of electric machine with special structure was validated, It will lend itself to application of this machine.
