展示性、较小的尺度及规模、提供室外洽谈场所以及协调性和时效性是居住小区售楼处景观较为共性的特点。南京名城世家售楼处花园设计通过研究售楼处景观的上述特点,提出针对性的设计思路,并结合场地自身具体情况,合理景观布局,营造出客户较为满意的景观效果,使其很好地配合了楼盘销售。
The landscapes of residential quarter sales offices are characterized by the commonness in exhibition, smaller size and scale, an offer of outdoor negotiation venue, harmony and time-sensitive property. Based on the research on the above characteristics of sales office landscape, Nanjing Mingchengshijia puts forward a design thought with pertinence for the Sales Office Garden, and makes rational layout of landscape in light of the specific conditions, thus creating a satisfactory landscape effect for clients, perfectly matching the sales of buildings.
