文章介绍了Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｃ＋ ＋ 的特点和利用ＶＣ＋ ＋ 开发应用程序的方法，提出了ＶＣ＋ ＋示教系统应有的功能，讨论了ＭＦＣ 库编程、界面设计、多媒体制作、动画播放等技术，以程序例子说明编程经验和体会，并给出了基本功能的实现细节。
The features of Visual C+ + and methods of application developing using VC+ + are putforward. The program ming techniquessuch asthe use of MFC, interfaces design ,cartoon display and multimedia manufacture are discussed.The implement of basic functions is illustrated and the programming experiences are shown .
