摘要
介绍了定方位射孔技术的原理及其增产效果不明显的原因。研究开发了可获得明显增产效果的定射角定方位射孔器,它能使枪里每发射孔弹都能按调定的角度射向油、气层的主应力方向。地面模拟试验证明,射角在40°以内时,定射角定方位射孔是可行的。给出了调角弹架的示意图,详细说明了调节角度的方法步骤。介绍了定射角枪体与一般定方位枪体的3点不同:孔密降低,盲孔拉长,每支枪装弹都是偶数。详细说明了定射角定方位射孔器的优点和缺点。分析了油管输送直井、油管输送斜井和电缆输送斜井定射角定方位射孔器的应用及其枪柱特点。认为我国的定方位射孔技术还处于发展、完善阶段,指出了今后的研究发展方向。
Introduced are the principle of compass perforating technology and causes for its unsat- isfied production increments. Developed is a new kind of set shoot angle compass perforator, which could shoot at the payzone principal stress direction and help us gain obvious production in- crements. Simulation test on the ground proves that it is feasible to perform set shoot angle com- pass perforating when the shooting angle is within 40~. Presented are the sketch figure for adjust- able gun carrier and procedures for adjusting angles. Introduced are 3 different points between the set shoot angle perforating gun and compass perforating gun, that is, the former has less hole density, longer blind hole and even number charges. Advantages and disadvantages of set shoot angle compass perforator are illustrated in detail. Analyzed are applications of the perforator to pipe-conveying vertical well, pipe-conveying deviated well and cable-conveying deviated well. And also, the gun string characteristics are described. It is believed that the compass perforating technology in china is still in a development stage, and we still have many things to do. And pointed out is future research and development direction for the perforation technique.
