摘要
介绍了过套管电阻率测井技术的发展历史和研究现状,对俄罗斯ECOS过套管电阻率测井仪应用的关键问题进行了讨论。采用传输线解法、自适应有限元等技术研究了ECOS过套管电阻率测井仪的数值测井响应,对套管腐蚀、水泥环、围岩、K因子、套管接箍、套管鞋、射孔等环境因素进行了系统的理论模拟。建立了相应的校正图版并进行软件实现,解释精度提高5%~10%。针对ECOS过套管电阻率测井仪编写了基于FORWARD平台的预处理软件,提高了与裸眼井测井资料结合进行水淹层评价的效率。
Introduced are the history and research status of cased hole resistivity logging technology. Discussed are the key issues in ECOS application. Transmission-line model and HP method are used to simulate the logging response of ECOS, and obtained are the correction charts of the ECOS for various environmental factors such as the casing conditions, cement sheath, surrounding rocks, K factors, casing collars, perforations and etc. With all these corrections, the logging interpretation results accuracy goes up by 5% - 10%. A special pre-processing program inserted into FORWARD software are developed, which shortens the time for log data interpretation of cased holes and open holes. And the water flooded layer evaluation efficiency is improved prominently.
