摘要
行政人的伦理道德问题是行政伦理学所要探讨的主要问题,而"现实的人"及其存在方式是理解行政伦理学的前提。马克思主义人学是关于人的科学理论,它从人的存在、人的本质、人的地位、人的价值以及人的发展等多个角度为理解行政领域中的人提供了新的路径。以人学为向度的行政伦理学研究有助于理解马克思主义人学的科学内涵。
Ethic issues of administrative persons have always been the primary concerns of administrative ethics, and man in reality and the related manner of existence are the premises to understand administrative ethics. Marxist philosophies of man are scientific theories of mankind, which provide new approaches to the understanding of administrative persons from multiple perspectives such as man＇s existence, essence, position, value and development. Man philosophy-oriented ad- ministrative ethics research from the angle of Marxist philosophies of man will help understanding the scientific essence of Marxist philosophies of man.
