摘要
新时期经济的发展和价值的多元改变了人们的价值观,产生了一些质疑英雄存在和英雄作用的言论。随后出现的"英雄过时论"、"去英雄化"等现象给英雄激励以巨大冲击,影响了英雄激励的心理转换过程,使英雄激励难以发挥作用,减弱了英雄激励的效果。要改变这种现象,发挥英雄激励在思想政治教育中的作用,必须从重视英雄崇拜入手,通过正确区分英雄崇拜和个人崇拜的差异性,认识到英雄崇拜是合理崇拜;以适当方式对人们崇拜的对象进行引导,使英雄精神不断内化,利于最终实现英雄激励的目的。
To change the phenomenon of ＂The hero of the obsolete＂, and enhance the effect of hero in ideo- logical and political education, we must pay attention to the hero worship, realize that the hero worship is reasona- ble worship, and make the hero spirit internalized to realize the purpose of hero incentive.
