摘要
家庭是完成青少年社会化最主要的场所,随着经济社会的变迁,家庭的功能正在发生变迁。通过对苏州市托教机构的实地研究表明家庭的抚育功能正在发生外化,这一变化对青少年社会化产生了新的挑战,包括影响青少年人格的培养、青少年自我认同的危机、青少年角色的失调与混乱以及青少年社会化自主性的增强造成的与传统家长权威的冲突。其解决有赖于家长教育观念的转变,也需要学校、社会共同的努力。
The family is the major place of socialization, but becanse of the economic and social changes, their functions are taking place in the family. The research in Suzhou support institutions shows that family~ tending features are changing outside, which creates new challenges to juvenile socialization , including cultivation of per- sonality for young people, youth self - identity crisis, role of socialization of autonomy and the disorder and chaos, as well as the conflict with the traditional parental. Its solution depends on the changes of parents＇concept and edu- cation, school, and community should also do some efforts.
