车用皮带驱动集成电机系统方案与控制策略

摘要 对车用起动机与发电机集成一体化技术进行了分析,对皮带驱动ISG电机的各种布置方案进行了比较分析,确定了BSG电机系统布置于发动机前端方案(P-BSG)为最佳方案.由于P-BSG电机方案结构简单、平顺性好、快速热起动性能好等特点,适用于频繁起停的城市工况运行车辆系统,适合当前节能汽车产业化的实现.对BSG车辆动力传动系统进行了分析,描述了安装手动变速器的车辆和安装自动变速器的车辆动力传动系统的工作原理以及BSG车辆四种基本工作模式. The technology of integrated starter generator(ISG) was analyzed,a variety of layout programs of belt-driven ISG were compared,the most good program is the BSG motor system which arranged in the engine front-end solution(P-BSG).The characteristics of P-BSG motor program is structure-simple,smooth,hot start performance fastly,which is suitable for the city running condition with frequent starts and stops,and which appropriate to achieve the current energy-saving automotive industry.The BSG vehicle powertrain was analyzed,describes the work mechanism of the installation manual transmission vehicles and automatic transmission vehicles and four basic modes of BSG vehicle.
