摘要
目的观察舒适护理应用于OSAHS患者围手术期的效果。方法选择58例OSAHS患者,在围手术期的监测和治疗中进行舒适护理。结果舒适护理使患者在接受监测及手术时减轻了不适,在心理上获得了满足感和安全感,保证了监测和手术的顺利实施,提高了护理服务质量。结论运用舒适护理有利于缓解围手术期患者紧张所致的心理、生理反应。
Objective To study the comfortable nursing used in OSAHS peri-operative method and effect.Methods 58 cases OSAHS patients were chosen to accept the peri-operative monitoring and treatment of comfortable nursing.Results comfortable nursing to patients undergoing surgery monitoring could reduce the discomfort to get a sense of satisfaction and security and to ensure the smooth implementation of the monitoring and operation to improve the quality of care services.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can be used to ease tensions around the time of peri-operative patients.
