摘要
为研究船舶冷库低温库融霜的能效,对船舶冷库低温库进行热气融霜与电热融霜的对比试验.在相同边界条件下,对相同工况的两低温库进行制冷和融霜试验.研究结果表明:热气融霜的热源来自蒸发盘管内部;与电热融霜相比,热气融霜耗时短、能耗少、引入库房的热负荷小、对冷库内温度波动影响小;低温库库温越低,热气融霜节能效果越突出.该研究结果可为船舶冷库设计及低温库融霜方式的选择提供参考。
In order to discuss the efficiency and energy consumption of the defrost in the low temperature marine cold storages,an experimental comparison on the hot gas defrost and the electricity defrost is conducted in the low temperature marine cold storages.Under the same thermal boundary conditions,the refrigerating and defrost experiments are conducted in the two low temperature storages with the same dimension.The results show that heat resource of hot gas defrost is from the interior of the evaporation coils;compared with the electricity defrost,the hot gas defrost takes less time,consumes less energy,brings less heat load into the cold room,and causes less vibration of temperature inside the cold storage;the lower the temperature of the cold storage is,the more apparent the energy conservation effect is.The research provides a reference for the marine cold storage design and the choice of the defrost method.
