摘要
为了探讨聚酯纤维和棉混纺产品化学定量分析方法,利用聚酯纤维和棉不同的化学性质,采用溶涤试剂溶解聚酯纤维,并计算出棉的质量修正系数,经合理性分析表明该质量修正系数是切实可靠的,与国家标准GB/T 2910—2009中75%硫酸溶液溶解棉的检测方法进行比对,其准确度和精密度均较高。
In order to study the chemical quantitative analysis method of polyester and cotton blended product, cotton quality correction coefficient was calcalated based on their different chemical properties of polyester and cotton and using soluble polyester reagent dissolving polyester. The rationality of the analysis shows that the mass correction coefficient is feasible. Compared with the detection method in the national standards GB/T 2910--2009 which uses 75% sulphurie acid solution to dissolve the cotton, its aeeurity and precision are higher.
