摘要
智慧城市是未来城市发展的新理念和新实践。本文综述了欧洲中小智慧城市的现状,重点介绍了欧洲智慧城市建设的几个成功样本,以先进理念启示未来城市建设。
As a brand new concept,smart city is an approach to the future city development. This paper, with an emphasis on four suc- cessful samples, explores the overall situation of European medium-sized smart cities and aims to give light to the future city construc- tion.
