摘要
创新型经济是后金融危机时代我国经济发展的主要方向。聚集丰富的创新资源和高新技术产业的高新区理应成为我国创新型经济发展的先行区,但其现阶段产业布局不合理的问题在一定程度上制约了创新型经济的发展。文章认为,后金融危机时代,高新区必须对其现有的产业布局进行调整和优化,明确主导产业,增强高新区产业协作性及对区域产业的带动促进作用;扩大主导产业规模经济,提升主导产业在区域产业结构中的比重;培育发展品牌龙头企业,增强新兴产业发展的带动力。
Creative economy is the main direction of development of China in the post-financial crisis era. The high-tech zone, gathering with rich creative resources and high tech, should become the pioneer of creative economy development. However, the present industrial distribution still constraint the development of creative economy. This paper considers that, in the post-financial era, the high-tech zone should optimize the industrial distribution, clarifying the leading industry, enforcing the promoting effect of high-tech zone on the regional development, expand the scale of industrial economy, update and cultivate local leading enterprises, so as to improve the development of emerging industry.
