摘要
【目的】观察感染腐烂病冬荷的病情,研究不同品种冬荷抗腐烂病的生理代谢情况。【方法】以置于人工气候室盆栽冬荷"雪里红"、"傲霜"、"冬红花"3个品种和对照碗莲品种"红霞满天"为材料,人工接种腐烂病致病菌尖孢镰刀菌,在对照品种"红霞满天"发病率达25%时记录地下茎的发病情况,并取地下茎组织,测定过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性和总酚(TP)含量的变化。【结果】"雪里红"和"傲霜"为低抗品种,"冬红花"为高感品种;低抗品种"雪里红"和"傲霜"的POD、PPO、PAL活性和TP含量及其最大增幅均极显著高于高感品种"冬红花";各冬荷品种POD活性呈双峰曲线变化,PPO活性和TP含量呈单峰曲线变化,PAL活性变化为"S"型曲线。【结论】冬荷各品种在抗病能力和抗病生理指标值的大小上均存在差异,但在抗病生理变化趋势上是相同的。
[Objective] This experiment on disease degree and physiological indexes of winter lotus in- fected rot disease was conducted to explore the physiological and biochemical responses to the disease. [Method] With potted winter lotus cv. "Xuelihong", "Aoshuang", "Donghongbua" and the control "Hongxiamantian" in the phytotron as test material,the artificial inoculation of fusarium was proceeded. After twenty-five percent inflection of the control, the subterranean stems were sampled to determine the activities of peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase,phenylalanine ammonia lyase and the content of total phenolic. [Result] The disease investigation result of winter lotus cultivars indicated that "Xuelihong" and "Aoshuang" had low resistance to the infection, and "Donghonghua" was highly sensitive; for all the en- zyme activity,the content of total phenolic and their maximum extent of augment,the low resistance "Xue- lihong" and "Aoshuang" were significantly higher than the highly sensitive "Donghonghua";among all the cultivars of winter lotus, the activity of peroxidase showed a bimodal curve, the varieation of polyphenol ox- idase activity and total phenolic content was of unimodal curve, and the activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase showed a Sigmoid curve. [Conclusion] Among winter lotus cultivars,the disease resistance ability and physiological index value were different,but the variation trend was the same.
