断电法与倍电流法在阴极保护电位测试中应用 被引量:1

摘要 腐蚀引发管道失效穿孔泄漏,是管道安全运行的最大挑战。有效运行的阴极保护系统是管道腐蚀防护的重要手段。常规的电位检测方法不能准确反映管道实际阴极保护运行状况,从而极易造成管道阴极保护运行在十分危险的"欠保护"或"过保护"状态。本文介绍了通过断电法与倍电流法联合应用的测试技术,取代常规检测技术,提升塔里木管道阴极保护有效性的具体技术方案。现场实践证明:这种方法能有效提升阴保有效性,保证了管道处于良好的腐蚀防护状态。 Corrosion cause of pipeline perforation leakage,the biggest challenge is the safe operation of the pipeline.Effective operation of cathodic protection system for pipeline corrosion protection is an important means.Conventional potentiometric detection methods can not accurately reflect the actual operation situation of pipeline cathodic protection,which is easy to cause the pipeline cathodic protection operation in very dangerous" under protection "or" protection".This paper introduces the power law and the current law times by combined application of test technology,replace conventional detection technology,enhance the Tarim pipeline cathodic protection efficacy of specific technical scheme.Field practice shows: this method can effectively enhance the effectiveness of cathodic protection,the pipeline is ensured in good corrosion protection status.
