摘要
本文以某工程10万m3储罐的牺牲阳极设计方案为例,对比分析了储油罐内底板牺牲阳极不同布置方式的阴极保护效果,结果表明阳极数量随半径增大而增加布置方式,中心和边缘区域阳极易消耗,达不到设计要求,容易造成罐底板局部腐蚀。阳极重量与保护面积成比例的布置方式,阳极所提供的阴极保护电流与所保护的内底板面积基本相同,对整个罐底板都可以获得好的阴极保护效果。
This paper takes the sacrificial anode design of a project of 100,000 m3 tank as an example to carry out comparative analysis of cathodic protection effect by different sacrificial anode layout at the inner bottom of oil storage tank.The results show that the anode at the center and edge is easily consumed by the layout that the number of anode increases with the radius increases which does not meet the design requirements as it can easily lead to part corrosion at the tank bottom.The cathodic protection electric current provided by anode basically fits the protected area at inner bottom by the layout that the weight of the anode is proportional to the protection area,which can achieve a good cathodic protection effect for the entire tank bottom.
