摘要
介绍了我国正在制定的第一项个人信息保护国家标准《信息安全技术公共及商用服务信息系统个人信息保护指南》的主要内容,构建了我国个人信息标准体系框架,对我国个人信息保护标准推广与执行提出了具体建议。
In this paper, The main content of the first national standard for personal information protection （（Information security technology - Guideline for personal information protection within information system for public and commercial services）） （edition for authorizing） is introduced. We also present a framework of personal information protection standard system and its composition. At last, we give some specific recommendations for the promotion and execution of these standards
