摘要
分析了连铸机驱动辊万向轴连接螺栓松动的原因,并通过对万向轴法兰盘螺栓孔型改造等措施,提高了驱动辊传动的稳定性,减少了螺栓松动的现象。
Analyzing the causes of loosening of cardan shaft connecting bolts which are used in the driving rolls of continuous caster,and using several measures such as reforming the passes of the cardan shaft flange bolts to improve the stabilization of the driving roll and reduce the loosing phenomenon of the bolts.
