摘要
通过运用流体力学、传热学和热力学原理,在Fluent平台上对降温洗涤塔内部的流动与传热进行仿真,分析内部速度场、温度场、压力场、组分和液滴分布等随操作参数、设备结构等的变化规律,进而对洗涤塔内部结构和操作参数进行优化。
Based on the fluid dynamics, heat transfer and thermodynamics theory, the simulation is carried with Fluent platform of fluidity and heat transfer of cooling washing tower, and the variation regularity of velocity, temperature, pressure fields, components and the droplet distribution are analyzed, whith is acompanied with the variety operation parameters and equipment strueture. Then, the inner structure of cooling washing tower and the operation parameters can be optimized.
