基于GPRS与DSP技术的分布式电能质量监控系统

摘要 国内外电力部门和电力用户对电能质量的关心程度与日俱增,在阐述电能质量监测重要性的基础上,本文提出了基于GPRS模块和DSP技术的电能表计量和监控原理。该系统由DSP电能表、通迅终端、无线网络和监控中心四部分组成。采用基于DSP电能表,可降低厂站装置的成本,增加对电压凹陷、短时中断、电压凸起等事件的监测,扩大系统的应用范围,使系统功能更加完善。采用本文提出的电能质量监测系统和技术,能实现对电能质量的永久性监视,能及时记录供电系统的各种干扰,方便地对整个电网的电能质量水平做出综合评价。 It is growing for the electric power departments inside and outside the country and electric power users to care about the electric energy quality. Based on the importance of the power quality monitoring, this article proposed the monitoring principle of electric energy meter based on GPRS module and DSP technology.. The system consists of the DSP electric energy meter, the communication terminal, the wireless network and the monitoring center. Based on the DSP electric energy meter, the station device cost can be reduced, the event monitoring ability such as voltage sag, voltage interruption can be improved, and the application range of this system can be enlarged, which makes this system more perfect. The power quality monitoring system and technology proposed in this article is able to achieve the permanent monitoring of the power quality, timely record all kinds of interference of the power supply system, and give conveniently the comprehensive evaluation of the power quality.
