摘要
湘钢1号高炉利用炉体中部耐火砖测温装置对炉体中部实行内型监控,通过监测数据的统计分析,得到了较为合理的内型测控温度范围。实践证明,利用这些数据间接监控高炉炉体中部内型的变化,可避免该部位炉墙结厚事故的发生。
The temperature monitoring of middle lining of Xiangtan Steel' s No. 1 BF was carried out through utilizing the lining temperature measuring units in August,1998.The temperature range for reasonable lining profile was found out by analyzing the monitoring data within one year. Practice shows that the wall accretion can be prevented and the reasonable lining profile will be kept if the lining temperature is monitored.
