摘要
研究了对甲基苯基二安替比林甲烷(pMDAM)与锰(Ⅳ)的显色反应条件。在磷酸介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)存在下,pMDAM与Mn(Ⅳ)反应生成橙色产物,λmax=480nm,ε=152×105。锰(Ⅱ)含量在15~15μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。工业废水及食品中的微量锰(Ⅱ)在碱性环境中加热,被空气氧化为锰(Ⅳ)后用该法测定,结果满意。
In the presence of Mn(Ⅱ), p-methyl-phenyl diantipyryl methane (p-MDAM) reacts with Mn(Ⅳ) to form an orange reduct in the medium of phosphoric acid. The maximum absorbance of the product is at 480nm with molar absorptivity of 1 25×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 1 5-15μgMn(Ⅳ)/25mL. This method can be applied to determine manganese in the industrial waste water and tea and the results are satisfactory.
