稀土元素与偶氮溴膦-mB和溴化十四烷基吡啶在乙醇-水溶液中的显色反应及其分析应用 被引量:3

摘要 研究了偶氮溴膦mB(BPAmB)与稀土元素的显色反应。在pH10的酸性介质中,试剂与轻、重稀土元素皆能形成二元蓝色络合物。在有少量乙醇存在的050~100mol/LHCl溶液中,轻稀土元素能与BPAmB和溴化十四烷基吡啶形成灵敏的三元蓝色络合物。轻稀土元素与BPAmB络合物的组成比为1∶3,轻稀土元素含量在0~15μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸收系数ε=12×105,而重稀土元素在同样条件下几乎不显色,因此可在重稀土元素存在下测定轻稀土元素的含量。该方法灵敏度高,选择性亦较好,用于铸铁和铝合金试样中轻稀土元素含量的测定,结果满意。 The color reaction of rare earth elements (RE) with bromophosphonazo-mB(BPAmB) has been studied. It has been found that BPAmB reacts with RE(including heavy-and light-RE) to form a blue binary complex in acidic medium (pH1-2).In 0 50-1 00mol/L hydrochloric acid solution containing suitable amount of ethanol and TPB, a highly sensitive ternary micell complex of light RE-BPAmB-TPB with apparent molar absorptivity up to ε=1 2×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 700nm was formed, but in the same condition the color reaction of heavy-RE with BPAmB and TPB is almost not found. The composition ratio of light RE with BPAmB in the complex is 1∶3 Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-15μg/25mL for light RE. The method has good selectivity and can be applied to the spectrophotometric determination of the light RE in cast iron and aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
