摘要
针对美国 4MSGP 7/ 1 5型氮气透平压缩机一、二级转子弯曲、叶轮磨损 ,在国外专家提出转子报废的情况下 ,利用我厂自身的技术力量 ,在国内有关专业厂家和院校的协助下 ,开展技术攻关 ,使该设备恢复运转 ,满足了生产的需求 ,取得了较大的经济效益。
In light of the fact that the foreign experts demand to discontinue the first and second grade rotors and impellers of U.S. 4MSGP 7/15 type nitrogen turbo compressor due to their bending and wearing defects a team work has been carried out among the technicians of the corporation to tackle the key technical problems to renew the worn machine in cooperation with experts of the manufactures and universities of the country. As the results the machine recovers all functions and the production demands basically satisfied and thus greater economical efficiencies achieved.
