碱性树脂对厌氧发酵的影响

摘要 为研究碱性树脂的添加对秸秆厌氧发酵活性污泥的影响,比较研究了中温37℃条件下,接种污泥利用糖为底物进行驯化时的产气率、产甲烷率、pH值等指标的变化情况。研究结果表明,经碱性树脂驯化的活性污泥总固形物(TS)和可挥发性固形物(VS)含量与未经碱性树脂驯化的活性污泥相比降低了12.66%和19.25%。利用秸秆发酵产气阶段,对照组在第10d达到产气高峰,最高总产气量1100ml,产甲烷率为71%;而加入碱性树脂的实验组在发酵的第3-6d就形成一个产气高峰,并且最高总产气量为1550ml气体,产甲烷率可达到83%。 By analyzing the seed sludge glucose used as substrate during domestication and the changes of gas production rate, methane pro- duction rate, pH levels, and the other indicators. The effect of activity sewage in the anaerobic fermentation by adding solid base were com-pared at 37℃. The results revealed that total solids and volatile solids content of activated sludge acclimated by solid base decreased by 12.66% and 19.25% seperately compared with activated sludge that without being acclimated. In the phase of straw gas production, the compared group reached its gas production peak at lOd, and the highest total gas production was 1 lO0ml, and methane production rate was 71%. The group added the basic resin in the experimental reached its gas production peak at 3-6d, and the highest gas production was 1550ml, and methane production rate could reach 83%.
