摘要
目的分析肛周疾病患者的疼痛护理效果。方法将河北大学附属医院2009年6月-2011年5月收治的肛周疾病患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组患者给予常规护理,而观察组在常规护理的基础上加强疼痛护理,比较分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.8%,对照组为93.5%,组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.26,P>0.05)。护理前两组患者的疼痛评分间差异无统计学意义(t=1.19,P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的疼痛评分明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.46,P<0.05)。结论对肛周疾病患者在常规护理的基础上加强疼痛护理可以取得良好的护理效果,明显减轻患者的疼痛,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of pain nursing care in patients with perianal disease. Methods According to random number table,92 patients with perianal disease admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from June 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group（each n=46）.The patients of control group were given the routine nursing care,while the patients of observation group were received pain nursing in addition to the routine nursing care.The efficacy of nursing care was compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 97.8% and 93.5%,respectively,no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups（χ2=0.26,P0.05）.Before receiving nursing care,there was no statistically significant difference in the pain scores of patients between the two groups（t=1.19,P0.05）.After receiving nursing care,the pain score of patients in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（t=8.46,P0.05）. Conclusions Pain nursing combined with the routine nursing care has a good nursing effect on patients with perianal disease,and it significantly reduces the patient＇s pain and improves the patient＇s quality of life.
