摘要
简要介绍压力容器机架缠绕用扁钢丝目前常用的生产工艺,分析对比3种生产工艺的优缺点及产品性能,并将该类钢丝生产工艺同国外比较。提出该类钢丝的最佳生产工艺是最终采用油淬火回火热处理,使钢丝具有较低的松弛值。
To simply introduce the present common production technologies of flat steel wire for twining pressure container in China The merits and demerits and product properties of three kinds of technologies are analyzed and compared And the technologies are compared with overseas technology too The best production technology of adopting oil tempering heat treatment in the end is put forward,which can make this kind of steel wires have lower relaxation value
