摘要
采用通氮燃烧、碘量法测定锰铁、硅铁等铁合金及生铁和铸铁中的S,可不依靠标样,直接从标液的消耗量求得S的含量,取得满意结果。设计研制了一种新型定S仪,较好地解决了SO2的转化、吸附和逸逃问题,大大提高了终点检测的稳定性。
Using a method for sample combustion in a current of Nitrogen, the content of S inferroalloys such as ferromanganese, ferrosillicon as well as pig iron and cast iron can be determined byIodometry. The results are directly from the standard solution and independent of reference specimen. Anew type of S determination gauge has been developed, which not only resolve the problems of the convention, absorption and escaping Of SO2, but also enhance the stability of the end point determination.
