摘要
电磁频谱管控是舰艇编队海上作战中各作战单元有效联合的关键环节。加强信息化条件下海上作战电磁频谱管控建设是一项重大而又紧迫的课题。通过对复杂电磁环境下海战场的电磁频谱动态管理进行研究,阐述了编队电磁频谱管控基本概念与内容,研究了编队电磁频谱管控的工作流程,设计了编队电磁频谱管控体系的总体架构,最后对编队电磁频谱管控系统功能进行了说明。
Electromagnetic frequency spectrum management（EFSM） is the key link of combat troops alliance operation on the sea in warship fleet.It must be an urgent and important task to enhance the EFSM construction for operation on the sea in the condition of information.Firstly,this paper studies dynamic spectrum management in complex electromagnetic environment and describes the basic concepts and content of warship fleet EFSM.Secondly,the warship fleet EFSM system is designed.Finally,the warship fleet EFSM system function is explained.
