摘要
采用三维弹性接触有限元法对万能钢梁轧机立轧辊轴与轴承座之间的接触应力进行了分析,得出了接触应力的三维分布、最大值以及接触应力随轴承座孔承载厚度变化的规律,并找到了确定轴承座孔最小可行承载厚度的方法。
Using three dimensional elastic contact finite element method, the contact stress between the vertical roller shaft and the hole of vertical roller chock in universal mill is analysed. The three dimension distribution, maximum value and change law of the contact stress with the hole thickness of vertical roller chock are obtained. The method to determine the minimum thickness of the hole of vertical roller chock is presented.
