摘要
按照"院(系)所合一"的基层学术组织建设模式,将中药学系与中药研究所合为一体,逐步实现了依托科研办学,促进教学水平提高,突出学生实践环节训练和创新思维培养,全面发挥院(系)所的教学、科研、社会服务和文化传承创新的功能。
According to the model of integrating basic academic organization, the two facuties （traditional Chinese medicine department and traditional Chinese medicine research institute） in our college have been combined together to accelerate the improvement of educational level through strengthening students＇ training in experimental skills and scientific research capability. The purpose of this reform is to enforce the college department＇s fuction of teaching, scientific research, social service and culture inheriting.
