摘要
通过小型试验 ,检测了高钨高硅的锡粗炼炉渣中的主要相组成 ,分析了炉渣的熔炼性质 ,各组分的影响及炉内的主要反应 ,并把炉渣与中矿搭配处理 ,取得较好效果。在赣南某厂建立 4m2 烟化炉 ,处理成分相近的高钨高硅锡粗炼发泡渣 ,解决了采用烟化炉单独处理作业难以进行的问题 ,实现了正常生产。
Although the melting points of slag bearing high tungsten and silicon formed in the tin smelting process are different,the viscosity is very high,which develops the capability of frothing.It is impossible to conduct the slag fuming only by a single fuming furnace.In this study,the major phases of slag are determined,the smelting properties of slag,the effect of various compositions and the major reactions inside the furnace are investigated as well.Good results are achieved by treating the slag at a right slag to ore mixture ratio.A 4 M 2 fuming furnace has been set up in a smelter in Gang Nan to treat the similar frothy slag bearing high tungsten and silicon,which has fulfilled the commercial production.
