摘要
从1938年起,日本用20多年实现了全民医疗保险制度从理念到现实的蜕变。50年来,日本在医疗保险制度建设方面积累了许多经验,这些经验对于进一步完善中国基本医疗保险制度,推动新农合制度健康发展,具有一定的借鉴意义。
It takes Japan more than 20 years to realize the idea of ＂universal coverage of health insurance＂. After 50 years,it has accumulated much experience on the management and design in terms of health insurance. For China, health insurance system is an important part of the fundamental medical system. Under the circumstances of health reform,it is necessary to absorb experience and lessons from abroad to realize its sustainable development.
