摘要
简述了云南冶金矿产业特别是有色金属工业的丰富资源和悠久的开采历史 ,描述了新中国成立 5 0年来尤其是改革开放 2 0年来 ,云南冶金工业呈现出的勃勃生机和取得的巨大成就。并且围绕社会主义市场经济的确立 ,介绍了云南冶金工业的管理体制、投资规模、生产能力现状、改革措施、科技进步和经济高速增长以及世纪之交的发展目标。
The abundant mineral resources and long mining history of Yunnan Mining Industry,especially that of Yunnan Non-ferrous Metals Industry,are briefed.The vigorous development and great achievements in Yunnan Metallurgical Industry since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949,particularly since the beginning of the reform and open policy 20 years ago,are depicted.Centering on the establishment of the socialist market economy,the management system,investment scale,production capacity,reform measures,advancement of science and technology,high speed growth of economic and the development aims towards the end of 20 th century of Yunnan Metallurgical Industry are elucidated as well.
