摘要
针对插入管的使用条件、性能要求及损毁机理 ,合理选择MgO、uf -SiO2 、MA的加入量 ,研制开发了微粉凝聚结合的刚玉 -尖晶石浇注料 ,该浇注料可处理无取向硅钢和高牌号品种钢。
For working conditions, requirement for performance and destruction mechanism of RH inserting tube, the quantities of added MgO, uf-SiO 2 and MA are appropriately selected, and corundum-spirel pouring material coacervated and compounded in particle shape are developped. This kind of pouring material can be used to treat non-oriented silicon steel and high-grade steel.
