摘要
通过理论计算并结合生产实践探讨了炉外法生产C≤0 1 %锰铁的可行性。理论计算表明 ,将锰矿、石灰熔化成渣 ,倒入摇包或其它装置 ,再兑入Si≥28 %的高硅锰硅合金 ,可以生产出C≤0 1 %的锰铁。采用炉外法生产具有锰回收率高 ,锰硅合金消耗低 ,产品碳含量低的优点。
With theoretical calculation and productive pratice,the possibility of producing FeMn with 〔C〕≤0.1% outside the refined furnace is discussed.Theoretical calculation shows that the FeMn with 〔C〕≤0.1% can be produced by mixing the molten slag of Mn ore and limestone with FeMn with 〔Si〕≥28%. This process possesses the advantage of high Mn recovery, low MnSi consumption and low C content.
