蒸化机内温度测量系统的研制

摘要 介绍了一套自行研制的能耐蒸化机内化学蒸汽腐蚀的多通道温度测量系统,其主要由经316不锈钢封装的K型热电偶、多通道温度采集模块,以及基于LabVIEW编写的温度采集程序组成。经过对比试验发现,未封装的热电偶受酸碱性蒸汽的影响较大,经70 h酸性蒸汽碱性蒸汽熏蒸后,未封装热电偶测温误差达1.7℃,而封装后的热电偶经过同样条件的蒸汽熏蒸后,测温误差仅为0.4℃。试验结果表明,该系统可应用于蒸化机内高温高湿化学蒸汽的多点温度测量。 In this paper, a temperature measurement system was developed, it's advantages was lie in the multi point measurement and the corrosion resistance to the chemical vapor in rapid steamer. It consists of K type thermocouples which were packaged by stainless steel, multi-channel temperature acquisition module and temperature acquisition program written by LabVIEW. Vapor temperature was measured by unpackaged thermocouple and packaged thermocouple respectively. The results showed that the measurement accuracy of unpackaged thermocouple was affected significantly by the chemical vapor. Measurement error of 1.7 degree centigrade occurred after 70 hours' application in acid vapor and 70 hours' application in alkaline vapor. However, the measurement error is only 0.4 degree centigrade when using the packaged thermocouple. The result showed that the developed system was suitable for the temperature measurement of chemical vapor in rapid steamer.
