摘要
通过某工程预应力混凝土管桩工程质量事故处理的实例,分析事故的原因是基坑开挖不当和打桩施工桩顶未送至设计标高所致,事故处理经过了检查、加固、再检查、再加固的过程。对于基桩低应变测试判定为Ⅲ类、Ⅳ类桩的事故桩,分别采用灌芯法、沉井法和锚杆静压桩法进行了加固处理,实践证明通过以上方法加固处理后效果良好。
Taking the reinforcing treatment of the quality defects for certain project with the prestressed concrete pipe piles as the example,it is presented that the reasons of the defects is that the foundation pit is not excavated properly and the pile driving is not to get the design elevations.It is summarized that the defect treatment includes the inspection,reinforcement,re-inspection and re-reinforcement.Through the low strain inspection for the defect piles,the grades of the defects are classified as the grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ.The core grouting method,the caisson method and the jacked pile method with anchors are used in the project.The engineering practice shows that the effect of the reinforcing treatment is satisfied by using the said methods.
