摘要
在锚板抗拉破坏试验中,运用现有的试验设备和数据采集系统完成试验和数据采集的情况较多,但只能测量上拔力和位移。利用图像对锚板上拔过程中的变形进行测量时,必须要求上拔力、锚板位移以及图像的一一对应,这一特殊条件对于传统的试验装置和数据采集系统无法实现。本文基于Labview图形化语言开发环境,开发了力、位移、图像同步数据采集系统。该系统具有友好的交互界面、简单易用,而且可根据试验要求任意添加或减少传感器的数量进行多用途试验数据采集。最后给出的应用实例试验表明,该数据采集系统得到的上拔力与位移关系曲线反映了锚板在松砂和密砂两种不同状态土中的力与位移关系的特征,即在密砂中上拔力随位移增加而迅速增加且当达到峰值后进入破坏阶段,上拔力随位移开始逐渐减小;在松砂中上拔力达到峰值点的位移要比密砂中大得多,且达到峰值后上拔力随位移几乎保持不变。密砂中图像分析得到的位移场表明,位移中间大,两边小,呈倒置梯形状分布,图像分析得到的位移与位移传感器测量的位移具有较高的一致性。
Ready-made experimental setup and data acquisition system are often available to acquire the force and displacement in plate anchor tests.It is not only important but necessary to develop the corresponding test setup and data acquisition system for conducting some tests of special requirement and innovating research work.A new data acquisition system,which can acquire force,displacement and capture simultaneous images,is developed based on Labview and used for the quantified analysis of anchor pullout failure mechanism.It is easily in use with friendly graphic interface and is also a multi-purpose data acquisition system which can randomly add or reduce the number of sensors according to the test requirement.The equipments,principle of data acquisition,software development,and software functions are described in detail.An example of its application for anchor pullout test is given in this paper,and the anticipated results are obtained.
