上下气道炎性疾病的检测方法 被引量：2

摘要 变应性鼻炎和哮喘同属特异反应性个体受到变应原的刺激后所致黏膜慢性炎症过程。变应性鼻炎常伴有下呼吸道炎症改变，而下呼吸道疾病亦多与鼻部炎症伴发。“同一气道，同一疾病”的观点已在世界范围得到广泛认可，此观点强调了上下气道炎性疾病的整体性概念，但由于学科的分割以及上下气道炎症的检测技术的限制，两者之间的相关性及一致性的特征和相互影响的特点、程度和规律目前仍然不清楚，给临床医师认识两者的相互关系和拟定上下气道联合治疗的方案带来困难。为此，本文将上下气道炎性疾病检测方法做一综述。
