摘要
以方形孔道的辐射多孔体为研究对象,建立了考虑辐射作用时以及辐射与传导复合存在时的两种传热数学模型,数值计算分析出孔道内温度分布和定向有效辐射规律,并通过半工业燃烧通道试验加以验证,得到了相一致的结果。本文为该节能元件的广泛应用提供了一定的理论和实践依据。
Regarding radiant porous body with square apertures as object,two kinds of heat transfer mathematical models are set up,one only considers radiation effect and the other considers both radiation and conduction.The temperature distribution in aperture and directionally effective radiation regularity are analyzed by numerical calculation.It is testified by quasi industry burning aperture experiment,and the result is in accordance with theoretical calculation.This research result provides some theoretical and practical basis for wide application of the energy saving component.
