METALLURGY ENERGY SAVING AT THE BEGINNING OF THE NEW CENTURY

摘要 改革开放以来,我国吨钢能耗下降率近50%,取得了巨大的经济效益和社会效益;但单位产品能耗仍然较高,依然是制约钢铁工业健康发展的重要因素。因此,在21世纪,要采取强化能源使用管理、调整产业结构、改造工艺设备等措施降低吨钢能耗,尽快达到750~800kgcet的目标,赶上世界先进水平,增强钢铁企业市场竞争能力,早日把我国从产钢大国建成钢铁强国。 Energy consumption of per ton steel has decreased by fifty percent,and tremendous profits and social benefits have been obtained since reform and opening.But energy consumption of unit product is still high,which is an important factor to restrict healthy development of iron and steel industry.So,in the 21st century measures must be taken to reduce energy consumption of per ton steel such as strengthening energy using management,adjusting industrial structure,modifying technology and equipment etc.We will attain the goal 750~800kgce/t as soon as possible,keep pace with the advanced level of the world,enhance marketing competitive ability of iron and steel enterprises,and make our country from a large one in steel production become powerful in iron and steel.
