本文研究了微量B_2O_3稳定的β-C_2S中固溶少量BaO、SrO后的水化活性。用热重分析测定了不同养护龄期的β-C_2S结合水量,以此作为β-C_2S水化活性的表征。实验结果表明,当SrO固溶量在4mol%左右、BaO国溶量在2-4mol%左右时,β-C_2S具有最高的水化活性。掺量进一步增加,其水化活性显出降低的趋势。差热分析结果支持了上述结论。杂质对β-C_2S抗粉化能力的影响和对β-C_2S晶粒尺寸的影响可能是引起其水化活性变化的两个原因。
The hydration activity of β-dicalcium silicate (β-C_2S), which was stabilized by a little of B_2O_3and doped with a small amount of BaO or SrO, was studied. The chemical combined water in the specimen cured at room temperature for various periods was thought to be representative of the hydration activity and was measured by means of thermogrametric analysis (TGA). The experiment results revealed that the activity of β-C_2S will be optimal when the amount of SrO ad- ded was about 4 mol percent or BaO was about 2 to 4 mol percent, which was supported by differential thermal analysis (DTA). It was believed that the influence of the impurities on the ability of stabilizing β-phase and on the crystal size may be two of the factors causing the activity difference.
