摘要
油井水泥浆的流变性是固井工程中注水泥的一个重要工艺参数,本文介绍了油井水泥流变性的测定和计算方法,以及影响水泥浆流变性的主要因素,同时介绍了在API油井水泥中掺加适量的减阻剂可降低水泥浆的粘度、改善油井水泥浆的流变性能,从而提高固井工程的质量。
The rheological properties of oil well cement paste are very important to the cementing engineering of oil well. The paper describes the determination and calculation of the rheological properties and the main factors that affects these properties. The addition of proper amount of friction reducer, also introduced is which low- ers the viscosity, improves the rheological properties of the cement slurry so that the quality of the cementing engineering is enhanced.
