摘要
现行ＧＤ Ｐ由于没有反映资源环境的耗减和恶化对国民经济可持续发展带来 的负面影响而受到非议。修正的基本思路是：以国民经济核算为起点，将经济过程对资源环 境的作用作为经济产出的投入加以核算，最终求得一国当期经资源环境因素调整之后的ＧＤＰ， 即绿色ＧＤＰ。
Currently GDP is reproached beccuse of its failure to reflect the negative effect of the consumption, loss and deterioration of resource environment on the sustainable development of national economy. The basic approach to amend GDP is as follows: Beginning with the accounting of national economy, we calculate the resource environment as the input of economic output, and finally obtain a nation's GDP of the concerned period with the factor of resource environment being adjusted, namely green GDP.
