摘要
以90年代工资增长幅度低于经济增长速度,缓解当前分配领域中的矛盾, 扩大内需作为大幅度增加工资的理论根据都不能成立。要大幅度加工资,必须具备市场条 件、体制条件、经济条件和社会条件,这些条件我国目前尚不具备,因而不能大幅度地加 工资。
Theoretic arguments for high wage raise such as the rate of wage raise in the 1990s beinglOwer than the economic growth speed, alleviating current contradictions in income distribution,and expanding domestic demand, do not hold water. To raise wages by a big margin, it isnecessary that market conditions, instituional conditions, economic conditions and socialconditions be in pace. However, presently China lacks these conditions, which makes it notadvisable to raise wages by a big margin.
