卡培他滨单药化疗对老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的讨论卡培他滨单药化疗对老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效。方法 16例晚期胃癌患者采用卡培他滨单药化疗方案共38周期。结果完全缓解3例,部分缓解8例,无变化4例,病情进展1例,总有效率为68.75%;中位缓解期6个月,中位生存期8个月,1年生存期占45.00%,临床受益共15例(93.75%);不良反应轻,对症治疗后均好转,无死亡病例发生,无患者因不良反应中止治疗。结论卡培他滨单药化疗对老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效较好,使用方便,不良反应轻,老年患者能够接受,可作为经济状况良好的老年晚期胃癌患者的一线治疗方案,可在更多的患者中应用,以进一步探讨其疗效。
