摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立复方氨基酸维生素胶囊中5-羟基邻氨基苯甲酸的质量控制方法。方法采用C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.04%戊烷磺酸钠),流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长240 nm;柱温25℃。结果 5-羟基邻氨基苯甲酸在5.100 9~51.100 9μg.ml-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,Y=17 145X-18 712(r=0.999 6),回收率为101.58%,RSD为0.92%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,能有效控制复方氨基酸维生素胶囊中的5-羟基邻氨基苯甲酸的质量。
Objective To establish a HPLC quality control method for the determination of 5-hydroxyanthranilic acid in Compound Aminoacid Vitamins Capsules.Methods The chromatographic analysis was performed on C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L^-1 KH2PO4 solution(containing 0.04% sodium pentane sulfonate).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 with the detection wavelength at 240 nm and the column temperature at 25 ℃.Results The method showed a good linearity(r=0.999 6) in the concentration range of 5.100 9~51.100 9 μg·ml-1 for 5-hydroxyanthranilic acid.The recovery rate was 101.58%,RSD=0.92%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be effectively used for the quality control of 5-hydroxyanthranilic acid in Compound Aminoacid Vitamins Capsules.
