摘要
焦化厂煤气初冷是煤气净化的基础,煤气初冷器又是煤气初冷的主体设备。叙述了煤气初冷器的改造,结合实例介绍了横管式煤气初冷器由两段冷却改为三段冷却的改造要点。
Coal gas primary cooling is the base of gas purifying in coke oven plant. Coal gas primary cooler is the main equipment of coal gas primary cooling. The modification of coal gas primary cooler was studied. Combined with practical examples, the main point of horizontal-tube coal gas primary cooler transformed from two-stage cooling to three-stage cooling was described.
